What do I need to begin training?
To begin, all you need is YOU, a towel and a bottle of water.

We have all the equipment you need to get started and when you feel comfortable we can point you in the right direction for fantastic, discounted merchandise for all your needs.

What does a class involve?
Each class tends to vary, but generally the format is:

  • 20 minutes of intense warmup
  • 40 minutes of technique and positional sparring
  • 30 minutes of live sparring
