There are two forms of BJJ – Gi and Nogi, here at Stealth BJJ Cheshire you have every opportunity to train in both formats under expert coaches.
GI
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practiced in the traditional uniform – a kimono / gi. The original format of BJJ with endless options.
NOGI
Ditch the kimono and belt for nogi training – a stripped back, quicker, more grappling based form without the traditional uniform.
