At Stealth BJJ Cheshire, we welcome children aged 4 and up across 3 age groups (Infants, Juniors and Teens)
We also offer the opportunity for you to train alongside your little ones! This is a fantastic way to bond with your child while also learning new skills together. Training together can set a positive example for your child and support them in their martial arts journey.

KIDS bjj
Will I need to buy any special clothing or equiptment for my child/.
If you want your child to take part in our gi classes then eventually yes you will need to buy a gi – but don’t worry, Â we have gi’s you can borrow at first and you can order any gear through the club at a discounted price.
For nogi training, regular shorts and t-shirts are fine!

can i come along to meet the coach and watch a session before commiting to anything?
Of course! We have a great environment here at Stealth BJJ Cheshire and you are more than welcome to see what we do here for yourself.
We are sure that you and your child will feel right at home here, so please get in touch and we will arrange for you to meet the gang and see what it’s all about!
I am concerned that my child might get hurt...
This is completely understandable! Our children are precious and of course we want to keep them as safe as possible at all times – our expert coaching team is on hand to ensure we do just that.
Whilst BJJ is a combat sport and martial art – the goal of these classes is not to hurt or injure each other. You can expect your child to develop body awareness, coordination and fine motor skills – which we are confident will put them in a great position to keep themselves safe.
I have multiple children interested in joining - do i need to pay full price for each of them?
No. We understand the cost of living and being a parent can be stressful so have taken care to provide discounted membership options for families.
My child is interested in competing, can you help?
Yes we can.
We hold regular competition classes specifically for the kids who want to get into the comepetitive side of BJJ.
We have produced some great little competitors on our mats including national champions!
